Charlotte Brooke BVetMed MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon

During my studies at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, I spent a number of weeks on placement at Highgate Vets. I was very excited to return home to Cumbria and join the team when I graduated in summer 2022. I look forward to helping the next generation of vets with their studies in the future, just as the team did with me.

Originally my goal was to be a mixed animal vet (after seeing All Creatures Great and Small) but with my particular interests focused on canine reproduction, responsible breeding and training/behaviour, I am looking forward to seeing all that small animal practice can offer.

All my free time is spent with my Border Collies - whether that be competing in agility, trick training, shepherding, hoopers, fitness work, obedience, walking in the beautiful Cumbrian landscape or simply having a cuddle. To date, my super mother-daughter duo, Floss and Wisp, have between them 22 trick titles, 10 hoopers awards and over 100 clear rounds in agility competitions - my youngster Flair is hot on their heels too!
